Shaybo, the self-proclaimed 'Queen of the South', might be a familiar face to UK rap fans, following the success of her freestyle videos and a handful of official releases.

Since then, the Nigerian born rapper has announced the release of her 2020 Queen of the South EP, which features single Anger, and returned with another freestyle in the form of a Daily Duppy performance on music platform GRM Daily. Speaking to DJ Mag, Shaybo claimed ‘I feel like I’m finally breaking through, but I understand the importance of hard work. I understand this is only the beginning and so I need to just keep at it’.
